Handmade Work
Each item is handmade and may include natural variations or small imperfections. These are part of the character of handmade work and not factory production.
Sales
All sales are final.
Shipping
Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Because I currently do not operate from a permanent studio workspace, processing times may vary and rush orders are not available.
Delivery
Items ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and are insured. Some deliveries may require a signature.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, notify the carrier first and open a claim. After contacting the carrier, please email me with the details and any reference numbers so I can assist.
